Staff was extremely helpful with additional arrangements I happened to require. Check in and check out were a breeze. Closest station is Asakusabashi Station, which is serviced by both JR (Chūō-Sōbu line) and Tokyo Metro (Asakusa line) so it was quite easy to go pretty much anywhere. In fact, I was able to go to and from the airport, as well as to and from Yokohama without transfers. Room was well equipped with the standard room amenities and was a fairly good size. Other available facilities include drinks vending machines (and ice dispenser), coin laundry machines, and a microwave, with the added bonus of a public bath, which I did not get to try so I can't say much about it. It also has a restaurant which offers daily breakfast, but I also wasn't able to try this. I did notice there was no clothes iron/ironing board, but I did not ask so I'm not sure if you can request or if it was really not available. I'd definitely consider staying here again. :)

Helpful, welcoming, and friendly staff. Got drink vouchers for choosing the eco friendly cleaning option which was nice. There is a sento (public bath), which I enjoyed using either first thing in the morning or before sleeping. My partner has small tattoos. The staff have bandages readily available for selling to cover up the tattoos before entering the sento. The bed was big enough for 2 adults (I'm 193cm). The location is great, while not being in one of the main touristic hubs. Lots of great food options, 3 min walk from Asakusabashi station, and about a 20 min walk to Sensoji Temple. We landed in Narita airport. And all we had to do was take the Keisei Narita Skyaccess to Asakusabashi station with no train transfers, which was super convenient for us traveling with two carry ons and one check in luggage. I'm only docking one point and giving a hotel a 9/10 since some parts of the walls need cleaning and a bit of the wallpaper is peeling off.

Very polite and super helpful staffs. One of the staffs, Miyuki handled my booking request perfectly, I got everything as requested. She's very good at English, during check-in, she showed me the info all I need to know about the places around the hotel, and restaurants that she recommended were really good. This hotel check out time is 10am, I could leave my luggage at the hotel for a couple of days, free of charges, to wander around Japan and return to stay here again before flying home. Staffs handle my requests perfectly. I got a room with very nice view from the window Location is great, not far from Asakusabashi JR/Metro station Asakusabashi station exit A4 doesn't have escalator. Exit A3 is a better option if you carry heavy/bulky items. In walking distance to Sumida river Great environment. Safe to walk around at night

The room was pretty big and had a nice view, it was very clean, the location is amazing, less than a 3 min walk away from the metro station (Asakusa line), the area around the hotel is pretty calm and quiet, there are several convenience stores nearby. The breakfast was really good, there was a very good selection of everything. There are vending machines, laundromat and an ice machine, you get free coins for the vending machines if you opt for "eco cleaning", which means they will provide you with fresh towels and clean out the trash everyday, they just won't do the deep cleaning. The stuff is very kind, polite and professional, they speak English and are very helpful. There was also a power adapter in the room for several different types of cables, so you don't need to bring or buy your own.

The location was great! 2 min apart from Asakusabashi metro and train station, there you could catch the train and be in Akihabara in just 1 train stop. The bed was pretty big, they had public baths (which I personally didn't try but I saw lots of people going there), vending machines, free toiletries everyday... The service was really nice, they help you with everything and everyone is very polite. I would recommend this hotel to everybody :)
